Note:

This drop-in program at the Surf City Community Center is geared towards children 5 years or younger. This is a great opportunity for your tots to socialize and participate in physical activity. A one-time fee will be charged for unlimited attendance for the entire year (January 11th - May 9th & September 5th - December 5th). $10/Resident $15/Non-Resident
No Tot-Time on March 28.
No Tot-Time on September 26.

This program runs every Thursday. We may have some Thursdays that we will not have Tot Time. We will let everyone know in advance.
*0-6 months are FREE

*Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please tidy up after your tot.

Recreation Program Refund Policy:

•All refund requests received in writing 14 days or more in advance of the start date of the program are entitled to a refund or transfer of fees to another program at time of withdrawal. The online payment service fee and any required deposits will not be refunded.
•Refunds for medical reasons requested prior to the start date of a program will be granted at 100%, subject to verification.
•Refund or transfer requests received less than 14 days prior to the start date of a program or after the start of a program will be non-refundable.
•Non-attendance or non-participation in a program does not entitle a participant to a refund.
