Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per week, per child, is required. The deposit is deducted from the total amount due. You may pay in full now or pay the $50 non-refundable deposit.
All balances due must be paid in full 14 days prior to start of your camper’s week.
Refunds:
• All refund requests received in writing 14 days or more in advance of the start date of the program are entitled to a refund or transfer of fees to another program at time of withdrawal. The online payment service fee and $50 deposit will not be refunded.
• Refund or transfer requests received less than 14 days prior to the start date of a program will be non-refundable.
• Refunds for medical reasons requested prior to the start date of a program will be granted at 100%, subject to verification.
• Non-attendance or non-participation in a program does not entitle a participant to a refund
• Weekly field trips are included at no extra charge & are subject to change or cancellation.
