Looking for a fun, engaging, and educational way to help your child stay active and develop lifelong healthy habits? Our Youth Speed and Agility Athletic Performance Class is built specifically for kids and teens who want to move better, feel stronger, and have a blast doing it.
This high-energy program teaches proper biomechanics to enhance coordination, strength, speed, and injury prevention in a motivating and positive environment. Our expert coach breaks down complex movements into age-appropriate drills that build both confidence and athletic ability, whether your child is new to sports or already competing.
What to Expect:
• Fun, interactive training sessions that keep kids excited and engaged
• Emphasis on correct movement patterns to improve performance and reduce injury risk
• Encouragement, teamwork, and mindset development to build motivation and resilience

Class Format:
Each session begins with a structured warm-up tailored to the day’s focus. Foundational drills will teach key biomechanics related to acceleration, change of direction, and top speed. These are reinforced through two to three engaging game-based drills designed to cement learning. Plyometrics, strength, and conditioning are included with a strong emphasis on proper form to enhance performance and prevent injury. We finish with mobility work, stretching, and a team breakdown that emphasizes positive reinforcement and core values like work ethics, sportsmanship, and motivation.

Meet Coach Chris – Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Coach Chris brings over 16 years of experience training youth, high school, and collegiate athletes to become stronger, faster, and more confident—both on and off the field. His passion for athletic development is rooted in his upbringing as the son of two proud U.S. Marines, where discipline, perseverance, and integrity were everyday values.
Growing up, Coach Chris found his greatest joy through sports—whether on the field, court, track, or in the weight room. Athletics became his outlet for growth, fun, and learning the power of teamwork. He believes that young athletes thrive when they are supported, inspired, and encouraged to enjoy the journey, not just the outcome.
With a background in exercise science and certifications in strength and conditioning, Coach Chris blends technical expertise with high-energy motivation. His coaching style emphasizes proper biomechanics, injury prevention, and long-term development—all delivered in a positive and engaging environment.
Coach Chris’s Mission:
To empower every athlete to move well, train smart, and build the kind of discipline that creates success in sports—and in life.
When he’s not coaching, Coach Chris enjoys being active with his kids, working out, and studying the evolving science of human performance. His goal is to bring the same passion, purpose, and playfulness to every session that he’s carried with him since childhood.
