*After school is based only on school days. Teacher workdays and Holidays will be separate camps.
Payment plans can be set up to be paid on a monthly basis. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit required at check-out.

Children will be picked up from Surf City Elementary and transported to the Surf City Community Center.

Our Surf City After School Program is designed for children in grades K-5, broken down into times for snack, free play, and a study period for children to complete homework and/or play quiet activities. Our goal is to ensure your child completes assignments while providing a safe space to learn and have fun.

Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per week, per child, is required. The deposit is deducted from the total amount due. You may pay in full now or pay the $50 non-refundable deposit.
All balances due must be paid in full, 14 days prior to your monthly installment.
Refunds:
• All refund requests received in writing 14 days or more in advance of the start date of the program are entitled to a refund or transfer of fees to another program at time of withdrawal. However, the online payment service fee and $50 deposit will not be refunded.
• Refund or transfer requests received less than 14 days prior to the start date of a program will be non-refundable.
• Refunds for medical reasons, requested prior to the start date of a program, will be granted at 100%, subject to verification.
• Non-attendance or non-participation in a program does not entitle a participant to a refund.
