This is a registration form for the Town of Surf City Food Truck Festival being held on Friday, October 2nd from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Earl G. and Inez Batts Recreation Complex. All interested food trucks, including those that already possess a Town of Surf City Special Event Food Truck Permit, are required to complete the application form and pay the $25 entrance fee.
